Our rate starts at $249/USD per night and includes taxes and the cleaning fee.  We require a 50% deposit to secure the booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.

We provide a full refund up to 30 days prior to check-in and a 50% refund from 15-30 days prior to check-in. We don’t offer a refund if the cancelation is 14 days or less prior to check-in.

Stays of less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning charge of $150

All the above rates include taxes, electricity and gas.

There is no charge for the end of stay cleaning when your booking is for 7 nights or over.
